ASSETS or LIABILITIES?

The word “asset” will always raise any banker or accountant’s eyebrow, because they know your worth is a measure of how much of it you possess. It is therefore clear how what distinguishes the rich from the poor…more assets.

Now I don’t mean to burst your bubble, but I will anyway.

Your best asset is not money,neither is a piece of land, nor stocks or whatever you may think it is.

Here’s a clue: ASSETS breathe

Now you probably thinking, what is it anyway?

And here’s my answer…

The RIGHT people.

Notice the word “right” is in block letters, and I think a lot of emphasis should be made on that.

To shed more light on my answer, I’ll start with this;

What do the wealthy all have in common? Yes, you could say money, but before they could have all the money they have…they had people, not anybody, but the right kind of people that can turn dreams to reality.

Human beings are difficult to manage, dealing with different behaviours, attitudes could give you a headache.

So before your business takes off, before the cash starts rolling in, before you have the capital…you have an idea and the vision of where you want to take your idea to and people who see the vision, and the possibility.

People motivated by the mission, people who don’t have to be pushed before they act, people who see possibility, people who are determined, people who will persevere till they breast the tape.

These people are your ASSETS.

Ever wonder why the rich surround themselves with the smart, motivated people who see the vision like they do,and so they more of these kind of people they find the more their chances of more wealth.

Increase your assets and you stand a better chance of success.
